In the very heart of Styria, a picturesque province of Austria, 165 km from Vienna, surrounded by green hills and wide meadows, lies the comfortable resort of Loipersdorf, renowned for its thermal waters. In 1972, an attempt was made to find "black gold" here, and a test oil well was drilled. At a depth of 1,100 meters, sources of highly mineralized water with a temperature of +62°C were discovered. Numerous studies revealed that the thermal springs found are unique in their therapeutic properties. They contain a high concentration of various beneficial elements, as well as clay of volcanic origin.
